Skyline Exhibits Las Vegas Adds In-House I&D to Round Out Full service Capabilities
Service Expert Ray Glomski to Lead Newly Formed Skyline I&D of Las Vegas
LAS VEGAS (November 5, 2009) -- Skyline Exhibits Las Vegas can do it all. Literally. With the addition of Skyline I&D of Las Vegas, its new in-house service group, Skyline's Las Vegas operation can design, produce, install, dismantle, store and maintain exhibits for clients -- all under one roof.
"Whether clients purchase or rent," said Michael Vekich, Executive Chairman of Skyline Exhibits, "we can control their entire exhibiting experience in Las Vegas without relying on outside sources. We can ensure quality service and provide peace of mind."
To lead the team, Skyline recruited industry service expert, Ray Glomski. "Ray is well known and respected in the exhibit service community," stated Craig Tedrow, Skyline's Director of Global Services. "He has years of experience and brings a wealth of knowledge not only from an I&D aspect, but in customer care as well. He is truly committed to helping clients in any situation with any need."
The closed-loop process has built-in advantages. "By removing outside parties from the equation, Skyline can now bundle its purchased or rented exhibit with a variety of services and assure clients there will be no surprises, no hassles and no additional costs," added Tedrow. "It also allows our pricing to be very competitive."
Additionally, being stationed in-house allows Skyline I&D of Las Vegas to be familiar with an exhibit from its design and production through its pre-show staging. Most outside services see an exhibit for the first time - as parts and components - at the show venue. Knowledge of the exhibit prior to installation reduces the risk of error and additional expense.
"I'm very happy to be aligned exclusively with Skyline," said Glomski. "Over the years I've been involved in hundreds of Skyline installations. I know their systems and many of the people within their dealer network."
Skyline Exhibits Las Vegas is only minutes away from all local venues so Ray and his team are able to provide responsive service. "Whether it's a new light bulb or replacement graphic, we can help in a hurry," added Tedrow. "We carry a large inventory of Skyline components, lights and accessories, and we produce graphics on-site."
"The addition of Ray and Skyline I&D of Las Vegas is exciting," said Vekich. "There's no question that our operation in Las Vegas will set the standard for service and exhibitor satisfaction."
